Kristie Martin

Kristie is the Manager, Strategy and Delivery at ATN Universities, where she leads the oversight of the Strategy & Programs portfolio. She is responsible for translating ATN’s priorities into effective, sustainable delivery models, ensuring clear, measurable value for member universities.

In this role, Kristie provides leadership across ATN Frontiers, programs, committees and working groups, and the implementation of the ATN Governance Agreement. She focuses on strengthening governance, improving operational performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and designing frameworks to understand impact and return on investment.

Kristie brings experience in governance, strategy, operational improvement, and program delivery in complex environments, with a practical focus on improving performance, driving accountability, and delivering outcomes that matter.
