Jodie Trembath
Director of Skills, Employment and Small Business, Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Dr Jodie Trembath leads ACCI’s skills and workforce policy portfolio, spanning higher education, VET, schools, employment services and migration, and also has responsibility for ACCI’s small business and tourism portfolios. She is chair of the manufacturing Jobs and Skills Council’s Strategic Industry Taskforce and co-chairs the Jobs and Skills Australia Education and Training Advisory Group. Jodie sits on JSA’s Ministerial Advisory Board, and is a non-executive director of the Manufacturing Skills Australia Board. She holds a PhD in organisational anthropology and is focused on aligning education, research and skills policy with the needs of employers in all industries and of all sizes, but especially small businesses.
