Jessica Hood

Jessica Hood is Manager, Projects and Operations at ATN Universities, where she leads the coordination and delivery of cross-portfolio initiatives that support the organisation’s strategic priorities. Jessica also provides people leadership across key functional areas, including media, supporting the team’s work to strengthen ATN’s external engagement.

In addition, Jessica provides executive support to the Executive Director, enabling strategic focus through high-level coordination, stakeholder engagement, and oversight of key forums and events.

Prior to joining ATN, Jessica worked at large consulting firms where she provided executive support across multiple regions and portfolios. She has also led business support teams with a strong strategic lens, contributing across different areas of the organisation to improve operations, coordination, and delivery. Her experience spans complex stakeholder environments, where she brings a collaborative approach to driving outcomes and supporting senior leadership.
