James Blake

James is a Partner in Deloitte Access Economics’ national education and economic participation practice, working on issues across education systems and labour market policy. He advises government, providers and other system leaders on policies and programs that meet various objectives such as growth and sustainability, economic contribution, return on investment, social licence and impact, equity, and inclusion. James joined Deloitte Access Economics after more than a decade in the public and not-for-profit sectors. He commenced his career in the Queensland Government’s overseas trade and investment network before being appointed as an advisor to the Premier of Queensland.
