In response to recommendations of the AVCC Action Plan for Women regarding 'Research Proposal Two - Strategies to overcome barriers to gender equity' Professor Hilary Winchester, Pro Vice Chancellor: Organisational Change and Development, University of South Australia is overseeing a research project on Promotions Policies and Practice. The project team is:
