The University

UniSA is the largest university in South Australia, with 36,156 students, 2396 staff, five campuses (four in Adelaide and one in Whyalla) and an annual revenue in excess of $457 million. As the leading provider of international education in the state we also are a significant contributor to South Australia's economic growth and prosperity.

This superbly designed building on North Terrace at the City West Campus houses the Hawke Centre and Hawke Library.

The Hawke Building also includes a number of public facilities, underlining the importance of community engagement to UniSA.

Local and international participants will be able to gain a deeper understanding of the Australian democratic system and current issues, and explore political, environmental and social citizenship.

Location/access:
50-55 North Terrace (cnr Fenn Place and North Terrace), Adelaide, SA 5000

The Hawke Building is located within UniSA's City West Campus on North Terrace. Trams running between South Terrace and North Terrace are free at all times.

Parking close to the Campus may be found on Hindley Street or at the Adelaide Convention Centre - other car parks are show on the map below (click on map for larger pdf version). Street parking is limited.
