Personal & professional development workshops
WEXDEV nationally and at each university offers a range of activities for participating women to develop techniques for identifying their own professional development needs and capabilities.
These include skills analysis workshops, opportunities to develop personal career development plans and mentoring - both within their own organisation and through an e-mail network. They are developed in the context of the strategic priorities of the participants' organisations.
ATN WEXDEV has also encouraged and supported participants to develop skills in and seek Board Appointments in the Private, Public and Non-Government Sectors.
