WEXDEV national forums
WEXDEV organises national forums for its participants and other interested groups. These are on critical strategic issues. The first in 1999 was on Networking and Collaboration, with a focus on knowledge management. The second in 2001 was on Managing the e-World in Higher Education. In 2003 the third national forum was on Re-searching the Research Agenda: women's contribution to research culture and collaboration across the ATN. Reports on these are below.

In each ATN university seminars and workshops are also provided for women on key areas - and these are advertised through that university's web-pages.
These seminars are on professional development issues, including research skills and project management and issues of importance for women such as financial management.
In 2004 there was a special emphasis on workshops deriving from the research on Senior Women and the Cultures of Management. In each university, women are having workshops on professional development and capability building and senior managers, men and women, are focusing on how to develop cultures more supportive to women.
